iMp is a non-profit corporation that mixes media production with education in and about Michigan.

Sponsorship Opportunities include:
- Titling credit ("This program is brought to you by...at the top of each TV program in the series.")
- The TV programs will be presented on public television stations throughout Michigan and distributed nationally via the Nebraska Educational Television Association (NETA).
- iMP anticipates as many as 12 air dates annually of each episode on each public television stations in the state.
- Titling credit will also be carried on the DVDs produced and containing the TV shows.
- Sponsorship spots will be posted to the iMP website, the TME or AJG website, and the TME/AJG Online Educational Classroom (audience reach data available).
- Sponsors will be acknowledged in all promotional materials prepared and distributed by iMP.
- Sponsors will be included on all special events invitation lists associated with TME/AJG, including the preview and premiere parties.
- Sponsors will be attached to a fixed number of Michigan Moment TV and radio announcements that will feature facts about Michigan's major Civil War (TME) or Jazz (AJG) contributions.
